      A huge amount of resources available and excellent support from team leaders along the way when learning.

      Cons

      Not so much a con, but can be difficult to engage and interact so much when training online, but that is the nature of the role.

      Local to my home, nice hours (had my preferred choice, great training, really welcoming team, hope to stay here a long time

      Cons

      not the best salary in the world, but overall, no targets/SLA's etc.
