Very welcoming staff. My colleagues have been very friendly and helpful from my first day. Training has been very useful and I feel like I have had the support and tools to do my job well

Cons

Uniform took a few weeks to arrive. But now that I have it, I feel like I fit in very well

Intensive, extensive, useful for building long term skills

Cons

Some trainee schemes provide a higher bursary than others but this is a government issue not a Co-op issue
