Pros

Most of the people are wonderful, intelligent people full of kindness and integrity. CoBank has a great mission.

Cons

Upper management lying to cover up their ineffectiveness is a norm. Bullying and favoritism is a norm. Immature managers that allow bad behavior. HR unwilling to take action against workplace harassment. Upper management making up and spreading lies about people is a weekly occurrence.

Great customers, people and a stable platform.

Cons

CoBank was great but senior management has ruined it. IT and HR are poor. COB makes customers cringe due to a lack of business acumen. Senior management has moved the line’s focus from the customer to themselves with never ending meetings and needless paperwork. The CEO is the cause due to poor personnel decisions.

Decent pay/benefits and hybrid work policy. Good colleagues to work with.

Cons

Technology and product management is oblivious to the feelings, needs, and opinions of their employees. Favoritism rampant and obvious. Lots of turnover and a lot of domain knowledge lost. No clear career paths or opportunities for existing employees.
