Great Mission - Starting to lack in Human Equity

Pros

As one of the top Agri-Banks, you have to respect the mission to feed the world.

Cons

A lot of the newer lower end VPs don't respect where the 'rubber meets the road' so they pile too much on associates with out asking and they eventually burn out. The lack of trust is palpable and not like it use to be. The long time associates have left which left a huge loss to the production- adding additional stress. In turn creates an imbalance of experience.. aka 'the blind leading the blind'. Unrealistic SLAs are in place which causes unsatisfied partners, customers, and internal associates.

No opportunity for minorities - toxic culture

Pros

401k, Bonus, nice people to work alongside

Cons

Executive leadership is old white male and you have to fit this bill if you want to advance. Your ideas will be used and will be transformative in the organization but your manager will receive credit for it. No need to escalate to HR, they won’t do anything for you. You’ll have a target on your back. No growth for minorities, you will work hard and will not receive equitable pay increases or promotions.
