CoBank believes in collaboration, teamwork and GRIT. They embrace employees with exceptional benefits that include community service, donations to a charity of your choice, a work-life balance is important to management. My team is exceptional. It’s was a good career move for me and my family.

Cons

The needed systems for my position were not assigned to me prior to my starting. I needed to find out as I was performing job functions to realize the technology was not available to me.

Cons

At times, the workload can be a little overwhelming, but in Corporate Communications, we have such a dynamic team, so I always get the support needed to execute quality work in a timely manner.
