Pros

Interesting work, good people. Hybrid work opportunities. Generous PTO, holiday and 401K.

Cons

Very little work/life balance. Compensation behind others in the industry. Health insurance plan is high deductible which is expensive. Biggest challenge is simply not enough people to get the job done well. Management is resistant to adding headcount despite several years of record profits.
