Pros

on the whole Cobank is good compared to other billion dollar makers. former lackluster IT reviews are deserved; male-slanted god complexes make it impossible to get simple questions answered. sorry to see Bob (Engel) stepping down; no nonsense banker-possibly too many rough edges but he made a ton of money for this company and employees don't want for much-if anything. thank you Bob! we live very nice lives due to your leadership. personally i'm a fan! HR: best HR dept I've ever seen. again-Bob O'Toole is well-deserved of a nod for his leadership there!

Cons

Again Bob E. acknowledged the challenging 'pockets' around the form in his all Associates talk. Now you really need to weed the bad apples out. It's not rocket science-just stop coddling the dysfunctional and take some action and have those hard conversations. plenty of folks knocking on the door to get in.
