Pros

Good work life balance for people with kids.

Cons

Much needed house cleaning should continue. Heard the all hands meeting was a joke. Getting rid of hierarchical management and make it flat with servant leadership mentality. Current management is all about ktlo and has no vision whatsoever. No improvement technologically. Employees in IT are in the dark and management in previous century. Energize the people that actually does something for the bank and let go of others or outsource IT to deloitte, kpmg or in china. Had high hopes for the new CIO. Have not seen any change. If she is any smart, she will continue and will see who’s who. Change is a curse word at cobank. Really? This is IT for crying out loud. How are they surviving perplexes me? The continued outlook of fake employee engagement must stop and truly care for your employees. Happy employees will make good stewards of quality delivery of products for customers which will bring happy customers to the table. The resistance to pay market salary and hire smart people should stop. HR is incompetent

Pros

Department had good benefits with decent pay and improving work life balance. New CEO is bringing about some exciting changes.

Cons

Supervisors play favoritism and make it difficult to be promoted or move up in your career path. The behaviors of the current supervisors are a joke and the leadership team allows this. Treating employees differently based on if you like someone or not should not be acceptable in any department.
