      I've found this to be a good place to work due largely to the good people, culture, and meaningful work that is done here.

      Cons

      The Company is working to catch up technologically and can be very process and rule driven. Would like to see the Company become more flexible.

      Pros

      The company is very good at showing appreciation for their employees. The people who work at CoBank are top notch. They are very intelligent, caring, and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      I dislike the medical benefits. Anyone with a long term disease will have to pay out quite a bit of money at the beginning of the year.

      Please see other posts referencing human equity and opex initiatives, work life balance, new HQ building, new CEO elect with non-command and control style, training, your team.

      Cons

      Please see other posts - they're accurate. Fear based mgmt, IT practices/competencies/knowledge are not current in many areas, poor management in pockets, lack of leadership in IT, IT reports to the COO.
