      Great Bank but difficult to get ahead

      Pros

      Strong financial position, very secure and stable. Great people to work with. Good work environment in new building. Average salaries for the financial sector. Can work independently and as a team.

      Cons

      Not rewarded for taking on more work. Difficult entrenched management. Hard to get projects done without many meetings. Expected to have a higher knowledge without the training given.

      Pros

      I have worked at CoBank for 10 years and have been very happy with the CEO, Management and benefits. Like many businesses, CoBank is constantly making changes to improve their customer experience and internal processes. Hiring and retaining good people is very high on their list of priorities
