Very good communication between lower level workers, middle management, and executives. Good benefits, friendly environment. Fulfilling work.

Cons

Not all employees are as committed to the work. Some areas are understaffed, and the impression is that not enough is budgeted for salary increases with the banks record profits.

Security: financial security (safest bank in America), job security (many employees with 10+ years tenure), information security (they are maniacal about it), friggin awesome new office building... Company is not too huge to be obnoxious - there is still room to grow, to make a difference, to be involved in defining future processes...

Cons

It is a conservative company in terms of office environment (it is a bank, after all) so you won't see people in jeans and flip flops and there are no dogs allowed in the office...
