      Pros

      40 hour work week. Generally decent people to work with.

      Cons

      There are plenty of people at CoBank who do almost nothing on a daily basis and still have jobs. Hard work is not rewarded here. Management doesn't offer clear guidelines on how to progress your career.

      The mission of the bank is to serve rural America. The bank certainly focuses on this mission.

      Cons

      Some organizations with the bank encourage employees to thrive and contribute to the success of the bank. Some organizations are micro-managed and have not accepted the concepts of human equity, diversity, etc.
