Alot of disrespectful supervisors. They expect respect but treat employees like they're disposable. Some supervisors are great. Although as soon as the great one comes in the company changes them. It's like a hit or miss system. Upper management and HR sides with the bad supervisor. The employees dont have a chance. The company is suppose to be Christian based but they throw employees under the bus continuously. The employee is always the fall guy. There is absolutely no diversity at all. All white people and a few Hispanic.

Too much sexual harassment from management.
