Pros
Professional but fun working environment Big investment in technology including 3 screen pcs and ipads Lots of communication from the leadership team who really believe in the staff and the company, especially Simon & Giles Opportunity to progress, both in Glasgow or in other roles in London A fantastic group of people to work with, some real characters
Cons
A very small minority in the office who would rather moan than get on with the job. I work hard and love what I do but some people can't be bothered to put the effort in because they want to sit around moaning. Costar isn't a perfect place to work but its by far the best and most progressive company I've worked for.
