Pros

The benefits and salary are the only good thing for this job/company.

Cons

Everything is a “priority”. Your daily tasks are all a “priority” but a random project that is thrown in your lap one day becomes a “priority” - when given a due date for said project, upper management is wanting results within the same day or days before the original due date. You are 110% replaceable in the eyes of upper management. If you do something they don’t agree with, be prepared to feel pushed out or bribed/bullied into agreeing with them.

Pros

Salary, benefits, paid training, nice office location, happy hours, diversity & inclusion seminars.

Cons

Constant changes, poor communication to the researchers about those changes, micromanagement (remote), management will look out for themselves only, management has their favorites. Working there prior COVID was nice - things ran smoothly. There were changes, but it was communicated properly and management seemed to listen to the concerns given to them by the staff. Now that offices are opening back up, the harrassment to get everyone back into the office is ridiculous. This job pays well for the type of work but it's a glorified call center where you must meet metrics or else. The same old day to day routine get old quick.

Pros

Nice office, good coworkers, free lunch, great starting salary for entry level

Cons

Toxic work environment, was training for the multi family team and a manager from Atlanta made a comment “I bet you love eating Taco Bell” I am of Hispanic culture so this was very offensive to me and the managers and directors present did nothing but laugh. Describes common practice as it happens some more subtle than others.
