Pros

Salary and Commission were fairly decent. Co-workers were all great people.

Cons

Its a employee mill. They churn and burn you out and do so with great effectiveness. Terrible Management and honestly the worst working environment I have seen. The higher ups do NOT care about you and will fire you in the drop of a hat. I have personally seen 25+ people fired during my tenure. The work is so boring you will start to feel numb inside and questioning if you make a impact at all. If you accept this job have a backup plan in place and don't be afraid to use it.

good insurance.....that's it! good insurance.

Cons

They have great insurance cuz they'll keep you for 8hrs a day driving messing up your back. They'll have you do jobs where you're borderline trespassing properties. Unattainable work goals, no empathy for their employees. You can clearly see in the comments how they only respond to the positive reviews but not the bad ones.

The CEO is a notorious micromanaging bully who is as egotistical as they come.
