Benefits are wonderful. Best coverage with healthcare/dental I've had. Ends there however.
Cons
Upper management does not care at all for employee advancement/support. It's truly a culture where the few on top boost each other and there is no support for the mid-level/lesser employees. My director didn't even bat an eye when my territory had no opportunity during the pandemic, even after providing data and referrals from the outside sales reps of the area, mentioning there was no growth to be had. Management does not care about anything except seeing the $ figure at the end of the month. It's been like that for years and as long as the culture remains the same, they will continue to see massive turnover, no matter how much of a base increase they give their employees. It's really disheartening to witness, for a company that has such a big footprint in the real estate realm. No wonder there is a meme Instagram page about them.
