Pros
Nice Benefits Standard compensation Stability They don't fire you even if your performance is poor. The reason behind is hiring rate is very poor.
Cons
Employee survey every year or some times twice a year. Output is 100% no action. Zero flexibility. Go to office even during Hurricane or take a day off from your own vacation. Majority of Managers are technically in competent. Top down approach and no bottom up.
