      Pros

      Health Insurance is offered at good price. Coworkers are really nice and enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      Managers have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They are totally incompetent. The culture is infested with micromanagement. Very strict onsite schedule which makes life hell. Absolutely no work life balance. They lay off workers without any reason with no decent severance. This company is an absolute mess. If you want to ruin your career, accept their job offer!

      Got to play dress up and met some nice people

      Cons

      Manager was a bully who played favorites and would talk badly about her team. Brought this issue to HR and nothing was done. Culture is extremely toxic, micro management, they increased metrics with no pay increase, misleading during interview process.

      Pros

      Good product Some good people, puzzles me why they stay, although most do not.

      Cons

      A revolving door of management and personnel. Draconian management / micro management style makes for a hard place to work. My CoStar tenure did not serve me well on my CV. Do yourself a favor - pass and keep looking for another job.
