Great pay for a first job post college. Fun coworkers everybody is young and it feels kind of like college. Café is great quality food cheap price. Will give you an opportunity if you have a degree.

Cons

You will be micro-managed, glorified call center, and no real skills are being developed except communication skills. You will be expected to cold call in an effort to fish information out of tenants Metric driven role. Company feels that it is being ran on the fly versus well thought out strategic processes. There is a bit of an unpolished feel the company is constantly changing and can be a bit overwhelming as this is your livelihood. CEO is cut from a Jordan Belfort/Donald Trump cloth
