      Exposure to real estate, challenging environment, competitive environment, strong internal culture, amazing IT products, food and beverages are free(OJ, fruit cups, veggies, snack bars, fresh fruit, among others)

      Cons

      Pressure can get excessive, at time activity seems illogical in relation to the audience of clients, some clients are rude

      Oh boy, glad to be out of that hell house

      Pros

      I am grateful for the comradery of all my collegues. Together we tried (emphasize try, because you cannot) to endure the torture of CoStar's new escalated metrics.

      Cons

      Imagine being at an oar in the galley of a Viking war ship. Pulling to beating drum. Skip a beat and get whipped. With the new metrics, branding and calling demands; it's an unreal adventure at CoStar. To any prospects - don't even think about this company. The managers of are no help to employees, they just push down the proclamations of our infamous CEO. Who obviously has no idea what his decrees are doing to all the "worker ants" who make this business. Then again, maybe he does and is trying to "trim the bottom line" - positioning the company to be sold.
