      Seemed to be a good deal of growth opportunity for people willing to put in the effort.

      "research" felt like telemarketing, complete with phone call monitoring and daily call numbers that kept going up

      Based on how upper management has structure the sales environment, the only competition you have are your own co-workers. You will have co-workers going after your accounts/prospect all time, no matter what you notated on those accounts and management will not do anything about it. I have seen reps cuss at each other. One rep was very aggressive and practically threaten another rep to stay away from his accounts. This is not a collaborate work environment. They do not tell you when you get hired that your commissions are on a 3 month average and that chargebacks are for the lifetime of a client. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

      Great initial and continual training and development Sales positions are autonomous all business tools are provided to do the job management support was good

      Cons

      lots of turnover at all levels of the organization, retention is an issue many times it feels as if personnel are just line items on a spreadsheet
