      Pros

      A great place to learn the basics of working in a corporate environment. Good benefits. Innovative company with lots of opportunity for development.

      Cons

      Some employees find the transition from college to full time employment difficult. You need to follow instructions and in most departments meet metrics to ensure that the company meets its business objectives. Some managers are not effective at communicating these objectives which means it can be difficult to understand why said metrics are in place. No work from home/flexitime in place. Not keeping up with todays workplace trends.
