Business Outlook
Pros
Solid, established company with strong procedural policies in place. Great benefits including good 401k. Nice office environment with nice office perks such as free, healthy snack options.
Cons
Not a very nimble company and slow to make management decision. Seems most decisions need to go all the way to the top, then back down, sometimes twice and by the time a decision has been made it may not be relevant anymore or loses steam along the way and just fades away. This company, while having generous compensation and benefits, does not provide a good work/life balance.
