Pros

Solid, established company with strong procedural policies in place. Great benefits including good 401k. Nice office environment with nice office perks such as free, healthy snack options.

Cons

Not a very nimble company and slow to make management decision. Seems most decisions need to go all the way to the top, then back down, sometimes twice and by the time a decision has been made it may not be relevant anymore or loses steam along the way and just fades away. This company, while having generous compensation and benefits, does not provide a good work/life balance.

Terrible pay. Long hours, unpaid lunch break, The goals / metrics are ridiculous and utterly unrealistic. The goalpost keeps shifting every few weeks. Nobody can ever catch up on the work. The methods being used (calling tons of people) are old fashioned, irritate the brokers, and are ineffective / inefficient. Just receive everything via email, and only call if there is an urgent need for clarification. Company likes to pretend it's a cool tech company, but it's really a very old fashioned company.

Pros

Great company to work for, and wish I had the opportunity to make the jump earlier in my career! Training is 5 weeks long, paid training, with tons of equipment. The training has consisted of classroom training, in field training, and shadowing senior colleagues. This really made me come full circle by the end of the training. You can feel just how invested everyone was in your success. I feel comfortable and confident going in!
