      IN TRAINING TO BECOME A RESEARCH ASSOCIATE, YOU HAVE TO PASS A WEEKLY ASSESSMENT/TEST!!!! IF YOU DO NOT PASS THE WEEKLY ASSESSMENT, you will be TERMINATED without warning! The onboarding/ recruitment team is not going to clearly communicate this before you start your job.

      Thank you for your forthright review. It’s general practice for recruiters to communicate the importance of our training process and the exams to new employees and since receiving your review we have reminded the recruiters to make sure they are doing so 100% of the time. It is unfortunate that the Research role did not work out for you. One of the reasons that we test the new hires after each week of classroom training is to give them feedback on how well they are learning the material they need to be able to perform their jobs. The tests also help the trainers identify those individuals where the job may not be right for them as early as possible.

      The office management cared about the employees and did their best to keep moral up with various activities and events

      There were not many roles that one could strive for and you can clearly see favoritism within who moves up.
