      Great location, growing company, salary, bonuses, chance to learn commercial real estate.

      Cons

      ALL ABOUT METRICS. Every. Single. Thing. is about metrics. Call time is measured, how many reports you complete, they always want more.

      Excellent Exposure to Commercial Real Estate

      Pros

      CoStar is able to identify and reward those with a genuine passion for commercial real estate. The company is perpetually expanding, and opportunities to fill newly-created positions are available to pretty much any employee who has spent their first six months working in Research, regardless of prior work experience. Advancement is possible even for those less than a year out of college. The founder still runs the company and his passion is tangible. Top brass is surprisingly engaging, and there are truly bright people in every facet of the company.

      Cons

      CoStar is a big company with a fair amount of red tape, which can be frustrating at times. I couldn't help but feel as though some people higher up had their jobs simply because they waited long enough, yet weren't necessarily the most qualified.
