      Depressing, unjust treatment of staff.

      Pros

      Good location in the city centre, nice office and some decent technology.

      Cons

      I agree with many of the negative comments here, and don't trust the positive ones. Its a call centre. The goalposts for bonus targets are continuously moved. Its full of cliques and only those sheep kissing the managers backsides will get anywhere. Its comparable to North Korea in that nothing can ever be questioned, even politely. They are call centre managers who don't have a clue about property. There is an awful fake, cheesy 'fun' vibe on the surface with a nasty undercurrent.

      decent base acceptable benefits nice co-workers

      comp plan manipulated against sales staff senior management (CEO/Founder) is abusive and micro-manager during my 2 years there, we turned over 65% of sales staff and 80% of sales management
