      Pros

      There is a lot of room for growth. They have great opportunities to move into different roles within the company. They provide necessary real estate training, and provide great benefits. Teach very important fundamentals, which will help for future opportunities.

      Cons

      CoStar has a very bad reputation, and poor mentality at times. Other research associates get bored, and have bad attitudes. CoStar has hired very bad managers, which results in bad work habits.

      Ridiculously metric driven company, upper mgt does not seem to trust lower level employees at all.

      Relevant training, free granola bars and fruit, good HQ location, growing company, computer monitors, relatively high pay for hourly job, some relationship building possible.

      Cons

      Completely misguided management, lack of management communication, horrific reward/incentive structure, poorly organized bonus program, humorous turnover rate, sad workplace morale, unsuccessful goal orientation, suffocating lack of upward mobility, stagnant career/personal development, negative emotional effects of working in "telemarketer" environment, etc.
