      Pros

      Relevant training, free granola bars and fruit, good HQ location, growing company, computer monitors, relatively high pay for hourly job, some relationship building possible.

      Cons

      Completely misguided management, lack of management communication, horrific reward/incentive structure, poorly organized bonus program, humorous turnover rate, sad workplace morale, unsuccessful goal orientation, suffocating lack of upward mobility, stagnant career/personal development, negative emotional effects of working in "telemarketer" environment, etc.

      Pros

      There is nothing much good to say about this organization. Read the various reviews and realize the recent positive ones look to be plants from company to balance all the negative ones.

      Cons

      This is an invasive company. Ask yourself why key cards are used to Exit the HQ building. It is not security, it is to keep tabs on employees whereabouts. While you can get a basic understanding of real estate, that is not the goal. It is a churn 'em, burn 'em environment - lots of turnover. Morale low.

      Smart people, solid engineering team, fast growing company

      Pros

      Very smart IT and Development engineers. Good management team. You will learn a lot and be exposed to cutting edge technologies. Little to no micromanagement. Decent pay and good benefits. Good work/life balance. FYI, there isn't a separate glassdoor rating for the IT/Development teams within CoStar, but if there were you will probably see a lot higher rating.

      Cons

      Can be pretty demanding given the rapid growth of the company. Not enough communication about the state and direction of the organization.
