      "Share some of the best reasons to work at CoStar"... there is not one good reason to work here.

      Cons

      This is the worst company you will ever work for. Not only are the employees not treated well, they are barely treated like human beings. It's an extremely toxic environment. My advice to anyone considering a job here - reconsider. There are much better opportunities out there. The company might rope you in with a decent starting pay but for the lack of growth and experience it is not worth it. The way they interview people is a trap. Research is nothing more than a call centre with management pushing quantity over quality. Read through the negative reviews on here. They do a good job of summarizing what it's like to work there.
