This place is a joke , Managers will demand you meet the metrics while also giving you loads of assignments to complete in a single day. They tell you they care about your concerns, but they would time and time again disregard what you had to say. Managers will openly gossip about other colleagues in the middle of the office and they would also work against each other. The Director of the office only speaks to employees when the Head of Research comes to visit from the US. He also has a poor understanding of what researchers do and he lacks basic courtesy. Managers will openly stack their team to get an advantage over an incoming Manager. When you tell a Manager something, they will go behind your back and tell the entire office something you told them in confidence. Most people are here because they just want a job and couldn't find anything. Managers will tell workers to lie and tell new recruits that they do not spend all day calling. So many times I've seen employees take stress leave because managers had harassed them constantly about hitting the metrics. All in all, this place is saturated with incompetence, deceit, and self righteous Managers, who have zero common sense and basic knowledge of real estate.

- good salary - colleagues were great

Cons

Where to start? It used to be a nice place to work however they changed it so that decisions were made from the head office in the USA...all downhill from there! - targets changed constantly - having to phone clients just for the sake of saying you 'achieved' 'x' amount of calls for that day - having to say ridiculous cheesy branding statements on every call, telling clients (who you'd been speaking to for years) about how great CoStar are - toxic atmosphere
