      Fast Career Start, Limit Advancement

      As a grad is a great starting salary, the people are good and you do gain some transferable skills

      Cons

      Limited career advancement at the company in terms of substance of day-to-day role, unfortunately US micromanagement leads to onerous metrics and trickledown micromanagement

In regard to your comments about limited career advancement, we make significant efforts to communicate internal career growth opportunities to our employees. Those opportunities include job availability and postings that we put in our internal newsletter, as well as skill-building opportunities like mentorship and access to a vast library of online learning courses that can help employees advance to the next level in their careers. So far in 2021, we are approaching 250 internal mobility job moves, a 25% increase over 2020. We are sorry you had to experience the negative affects of micromanagement in your role.       Hard work pays off

      Pros

      If you work hard, the company will pay you well. It is a grind, but may be well worth it if you enjoy that environment.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but the price of the service is high because it is a "luxurious" product. This wasn't really a con because if you can sell the value of it correctly, the product sells itself.
