      Started work here when I was 18, was a great first job in terms of working in a fast paced, sales environment. Great wage for my first proper job (around £8 p/h)

      Very fast paced environment, results driven, so be prepared to put in effort!

      Pros

      Large multinational growing company with lots of opportunities for growth if you are in the right location. Very forward thinking and growth oriented company. Can get a good foundation of knowledge of the commercial real estate landscape in your market.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth or professional development if you are not in a major market with a head office. Poor contact with management, poor personal development plan. Not encouraged to step out of comfort zone and try new things. Very removed from office culture and environment.
