      - Competitive compensation - Overall benefits were very good, including massage therapy. - Excellent manager, one of the best that I've had. Always made the effort to hear each team member's issues and offer solutions. - Field Research position allows you to work independently (no office politics) - Photography aspect of Field Research can be fun. - Healthy work/life balance is encouraged.

      Cons

      - Communication is an issue between upper management. Sometimes feels like suggestions are lost. - Field Research position can be tedious. You'll likely be collecting data on the same properties over and over again. Each year is the same routine. - Metric system can be a pain to work with. You're measured each day, and each task gives you a certain amount of points, but doesn't account for differences between markets. One size fits all is a problem here.
