      Pros

      Excellent team spirit and friendly managers. Pays very well. Excellent training and platform for young graduates to get relevant experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Reasonable potential for promotion. Made really good friends!

      Cons

      If you don't have a real interest in learning about the industry, it can become a bit boring and mundane.

      Pros

      Well Paid, generally good office atmosphere, far more interesting than most roles at this level, generally inclusive office culture.

      Cons

      The management roles are geared mostly around crunching numbers. This falls down upon the researchers who then end up doing unnecessary tasks in order to hit targets. This doesn't help the end users.
