      Trusted you to do the work and report back every evening. Freedom to go about doing the work at times that suit you as long as it was done.

      Little structure, although this could be seen as a positive.

      Boring but Flexible

      Pros

      Good flexible working hours, decent wage for not a lot of hassle, no micro management.

      Cons

      Boring, little or no interaction between teams months can go by without speaking to other staff members in different teams. A lot of moaners about workload when in reality it's not that strenuous at all.
