My manager does not know what she is doing. She has two people to assist her and is so far behind. She is so busy talking to her "friends" that she does not get her work done. Everytime she has to do a spreadsheet, she freaks out. Decisioning making is not her strong suit. She is afraid of her supervisor???? How can you respect someone like this? I know I could do a better job than her. I feel so overquailfied for this job. I will never get ahead because of our conflicts. She will only help her "friends" no matter who is doing the best and most work.

Big brother atmosphere. Everything is recorded, phone calls, and the actual office. Metrics are constantly being changed to make it harder for employees to receive bonuses. Company will fire you over any little thing, no matter if you've been there for 3years or 3 days. They make employees firings know thru the offices, to scare other employees. I'm done, just even thinking about this company makes me sick...
