      It's an OK entry-level luxury brand.

      Pros

      Working here, you get a phenomenal discount, and the management was really flexible as far as scheduling goes.

      Cons

      Not all customers are the same, so the same service can't be offered to each. Management is pretty hard about the service offered, even when customers just want to be left alone.

      great coworkers, excellent training with "coaching" sessions to help you sell and better succeed. their way of customer service and sales coach is top notch--other companies will be impressed with you once you've worked here and succeeded at being top seller/million dollar seller. their inventory and client track program makes it easy to sell as well, lots of tools to help you.

      Cons

      pay is so, so, low! do not let the manager hire you at minimum, should be more, as much as you can because realize that they have a 1-5pt scale where if you are the number one seller (sales associate like i was) you would not get above 3% pay raise; unless you get promoted they say they compensate with the PIP (a percentage of your salary if you've worked for more then x months and over 1000 hours) and they have coach bucks (can only use at coach) and team share (which is very little unless you're lucky enough to work at a huge store that is tiered high and get enough hours to reach the max on team share)
