Pros

Loved my management team and my co-workers, they are my favourite part of coming to work. They do a great job in training you on how to sell, greet a customer properly, and handle clientele. Monthly bonus if we make a certain sales goal. Great discount and love the products.

Cons

Language barrier between most customers and employees (hard to interact and do your job) Heavy hours even if you're a student, though some negotiations could be made. You can't go on vacations during peak holidays like December or else you need to quit. Each time you call-in sick, even for a cold, you need to bring in a sick note from a doctor which costs $15-$20 itself.

Good quality products and store ambiance is good

Cons

They hired a lot of seasonal employees and contracts for 90 days, but after Boxing day no schedule will be alloted.
