Business Outlook
Pros
I had the most amazing team and managers so I enjoyed going into work everyday. They were encouraging and supported me as I grew as a sales associate and when I looked for possible internships in Coach as well. I was well rewarded for strong sales performance, and the team worked together to boost sales also.
Cons
Retail hours are always difficult and not very flexible. I was also sad to see my managers let go after we merged with the women's department, especially given their amazing performance and dedication to the company and their jobs.
