Coach is a very employee friendly workplace. I feel they respect their employees and offer many ways to succeed and grow.

Cons

As with any retail job, the hours are sometimes less than ideal - nights and weekends. This is not the fault of Coach, but a reality of working in retail.

Pros

No individual commission, instead you work as a team to achieve bonuses. Excellent product knowledge training and employee discounts. A classy company to work for and they treat their employees well. My store manager was very flexible with schedules and time off. The benefits are also excellent.

Cons

No cons..except the holidays were a little rough. When your friends and family find out you work here they will bombard you with requests to use your employee discount.

A very professional retail company who pays very well and offers great bonus with benefit packages. The company is doing very well and it shows with the structure of the company.

Cons

To really move up in the company you must play the political game. Brown nosing is the best way to move up in the company and also networking helps.
