      Benefits package Development of team Yearly conference for SMs Large corporation with small business feel Management team empowered to run stores as if they owned it

      Cons

      DMs all have different expectations, it can make it feel as if you work for a different company when you experience a district realignment. Not much else can be said. It really is a great company to work for when you have supportive Senior Management.

      Offered great discount and benefits, has good and friendly management and employees that you can comfortablely talk to , training on products, fun work environment

      Cons

      Too much on call shifts with not enough hours for seasonal employees. Short hours offered to seasonals, average about 4 hour per shift
