      Pros

      The people, and atmosphere are excellent. Fun environment with people who really care about one another and the brand.

      Cons

      Global Enterprise that still thinks and operates like a NYC mom and pop shop - in a bad way. Poor cooperation across global business units. Priority is to "get it done today", but the result is mounting long-term challenges that never get resolved.

      Fun environment, good discounts, and easy job.

      Cons

      Paid minimum wage, new workers getting paid much more than old workers, refused to give me a raise, felt discriminated against.

      50% off on handbags, additional percentage during other times of year.

      Cons

      -Some Store Managers are very fake and has favorites. -Inconsistent store management, rude and dismissive of employee concerns, very very unprofessional conduct on the sales floor. -They expect you to buy coach, and spend a lot on uniforms.
