      Inconsistent store management, rude and dismissive of employee concerns, unprofessional conduct on the sales floor.

      Pros

      Good money and discount. Lots of structure and room to grow. Rules and standards change monthly. One must be a fast learner to keep up.

      Cons

      Strict dresscode is expensive and hard to keep up. Upper management is slow to react to HR issues and company keeps taking away yearly bonuses.

      Too much meetings, there is pre-meeting to a meeting. There is too much brainstorming and no funds to back it.

The abundance and frequency of meetings is something that's been taken into serious consideration. That's why senior leadership has now implemented meeting free Fridays each month, and has also asked that we think about whether or not each meeting is truly necessary.
