Pros

It is a good place to get sales experience in a fashion retail setting. Employee discount is 50% off merchandise.

Cons

All sales associates are paid on an hourly basis with no opportunities to make commissions on any sales. Average pay is only 10 to 11 dollars an hour. Also, the benefits are not very generous.

Pros

Great product; hard working type smart overeducated type A overacheivers are the norm. Most of them nice people Some of the best people I've ever worked with. High level of performance at all level store to corporate/management. Innovative and always finding ways ot give product a fresh spin or way to dig deeper in the numbers or consumer insights.

Cons

As in all companies is reflective of particular management team. (USW) In my particualr division strict dress color code of all black and only black clothing all the time; not much autonomy given below executive team. Employees treated as children who must learn to defer and execute based on orders from higher chain of command. Very difficult to advance and cut throat politics by mid level managers who spent years vying for promotions by throwing new employees and junior team members under the bus to make themselves look better. This was not reflective of all business units or teams
