      Pros

      The people kept me there for such a long time. Trust do you your job and recognition to do it well. Until it wasn’t. It only took one senior leader to change everything and create a toxic environment. I’ve worked for so many leader ms over my 16+ years with Coach - some better the others. This person can not even be called a leader, barely a manger, more like a villain

      Cons

      Honestly how my career ended and how upper management turned a blind eye made me question EVERYTHING about my 16+ years. Was any of it real? Seriously question judgement of senior leadership for giving this DM the power that he had and for promoting him to begin with

      Lack of Growth, Favoritism, Too Much Ego = Retail

      Pros

      Coworkers are nice, they are the most supportive when working as a team. The customers can be nice if shown genuine hospitality. There is some aspects of the job that are worth learning that have taught me personal growth.

      Cons

      Too much control from management, not as supportive as you would assume since they make you do all the work (even the stuff that is apart of their job as well… laziness), uses their support team as a crutch but never give them opportunity to grow as they treat their sales associates with more dignity.

      Discount, work life balance, exposure to new fashion concepts

      Cons

      Disingenuous district manager. Multiple store managers created drama through gossip. DM had favorites & if you weren't one she was overly critical & insensitive. Company culture seemed incredibly lost in translation. What was interesting was that as a straight female I felt more discriminated because of that.
