Pros

customer service is more important than sales. sometimes feel stressful . managers are have experience and nice. know how to handle problems. good discount for employee

Cons

Tired. you need to wear heels for like 12 hours. maybe 30mins breaks. if the store is not busy, you need to take care of the inventory or shippment job

Pros

Coach is well known for their product quality and reputation for being an industry leader. They have dedicated time and resource to employing a smart and dedicated.

Cons

As a large company,it's understandable that there are inconsistencies amongst departments. However, having inconsistent workloads and work-life balance throughout the teams are things that unfortunately lead to the most dissatisfaction for employees.

Pros

Clear expectations, fun coworkers and atmosphere, not on commission, so no huge pressure to sell since this was my 2nd job and part time.

Cons

Shifts are pretty short (3-5 hours), which worked great with my schedule, but you may want more hours.
