Pros

Decent pay, caring team, cool clients to work with, advancement opportunities, 4 weeks FTO, average benefits.

Cons

Consultant life never has that great of work-life balance at any company you work for. The annual merit increases are not impressive. Additionally, prepare to self-teach yourself. Training opportunities are non-existent.

Pros

Work life balance. 4 weeks paid time off. Great leadership. Exceptional technical skills, I’ve learned a lot.

Cons

Recent layoffs were hard but I feel confident we are moving in the right direction and they were the difficult decisions that needed to happen.
