Pros

Awesome client list, great place to work to learn

Cons

You'll plateau quickly. Good thing is that Coalfire's name carries, so other fun companies come along.

Pros

Received small raises every year that accumulated well. Received <1k bonus's annually Had supportive managers

Cons

1. I was on the federal side and there are not as many opportunities so I was stuck on a contract. 2. Often felt like I wasn't apart of Coalfire, but my clients employee. 3. Communication was tough. If everything is going well then not much to report.
